I can't see any way that it would be able to flip over. The baby's head is propped way above the water with their bottom and feet comfortably in the water to allow the baby to practicing kicking. I've now had it blown up for at least a week and there’s been no leaking of air. The shade part does unhook and fold into a flat circle for travel."
